Restorative Yoga is a slow and mindful practice that targets the connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, and joints, through long-held, passive stretches. Unlike dynamic movement or quick flexibility drills, deep stretching invites you to soften into each pose, allowing gravity and breath to do the work. This practice encourages stillness, presence, and profound physical release, making it the perfect reset for your body and mind.

This is for you if you need to improve your sleep, posture and flexibility, enhance your overall recovery and deepen your mindfulness practice.

I’m Alexandra, a 200hr certified yoga teacher, specialized in restorative yoga, and wellness strategist. My approach blends nervous system regulation, intentional movement, and soulful rituals to help you find and reconnect with your own rhythm.

ADM Soulful Reset came from a place of reflection and reconnection with myself. Because I believe healing doesn’t need to be hurried. After years of misalignment with my body and authentic self, constant burnout and imbalance, I turned inward—and found clarity through breath, movement, and stillness. 

Through 1:1 sessions and community classes, I offer tools to slow down, feel grounded, and return to yourself—whether that’s on the mat, in your breath, or in the quiet moments in between.
